Vortex / Tradewinds / Shademaker / Aztec Parasols & Vortex Gazebo

Our carriers offer a kerbside delivery service to business addresses from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

It is assumed that you will be able to receive goods at any time during these hours and may not contact you before delivery.

Please note that many of our products are heavy and drivers will need assistance to unload. Please ensure that suitable person or persons are available to assist with unloading.

Drivers will NOT be able to unload Vortex parasols, or Parasol bases unless they have assistance from a minimum of 2 able bodied people or forklift truck with driver.

Our freight carriers will often use large lorries, should there be any access issues, please inform us before booking a delivery.

There will be an additional charge for having to make a second attempt at delivery.

Should you require a faster service, or delivery on a specific day or time, please contact us directly by phone 01590 683655. Additional charges will apply.

All deliveries to residential addresses will incur a minimum additional GBP 20 charge, per delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for. No goods will be left without signature. Please check all deliveries before signing. Any claim for damages or discrepancies must be notified to Rain and Shade Solutions 01590 683655 within 24 hours of delivery.

Once goods have been signed for we Sherlock and Watson Ltd t/a Rain and Shade Solutions and the manufacturer Global Parasols Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Returns

Any goods returned which are not faulty will carry a 25% handling charge. Custom made items cannot be returned. Products should be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, without having been used or installed.
